Admission Requirements :

Passport Size Photo- 4; Self Attested Copy of 8th, 10th or 12th certificate, Admission
Fee, Self Attested copy of Aadhar Card (or other valid ID proof from Govt of India).

All payments are to be made by NEFT, Credit/Debit card, Cheque or Cash.
Cheque payment cheques have to be in favor of “___________” (pls check the
correct name)

Rules & Regulations :
Fee Payment &Collection
*Students should pay their instalments on or before the due date. A late fee fine of
Rs. 100/-per day is applicable on late payments. Non-payment of fee for 30 days or
more from due date will lead to termination of student services. Readmission fee is
applicable in such cases.
* Once paid no request for fee refund is entertained.
* Students paying their dues in instalments must clear all dues one month in advance
before the course completion, otherwise they will not be allowed to appear in
exams.
* Examination fee is applicable as per company policy.
*Student must retain all original fee slips and required till course completion.
Produce as and when desired. The responsibility to collect the valid student fee
payment bills lies with the student. ___________ retains the rights to ask the student
to present original fee as and when required.
* Fee paid using finance EMI options have to be cleared on time by the student. The
finance company reserves the right to accept or reject any loan application.
*_______ does not offer any complimentary course with the courses offered.

Examination & Passing Certificates

*Every training program is complete after an assessment of theory and practical
examinations. These exams are conducted as per guidelines laid by ______________
.
*Passing marks and grading of examination is based on company policy and
guidelines.
*A course completion certificate is issued to the students on successful completion
of the course and examination.
* Certificates will be issued only after clearance of all pending dues etc.
* In case of loss or damage to the certificate, a duplicate certificate will be issued at
an additional cost, as per policy.
* In case of fast track program the student must have completed the required
number of hours as per program details and must complete the assessments to be
eligible for certificate.
* In case the student wants to reappear for exam to improve his score he/she can do
so as per company policy. In case the student has not cleared the examination and
does not want to reappear he/she will be issued a certificate of participation.
* The reappear fee is applicable as per company policy.
*Certificates have to be collected in person from respective institute. No request for
courier of certificate will be entertained.

Attendance and Leave

* Aminimum80%attendance is required to be eligible for examination. The student
attendance record is maintained in log books and the student has to sign the log
book daily. A leave for up to 3 days can be applied in advance. The responsibility of
completing the syllabus after leaves lies on the student. Number of leaves that a
student can avail will be depending upon his course duration.
* In case of medical issue, the leave application has to be supported by medical
certificate.
* In case of uninformed absence for more than 7 days the student’s name will be
struck off rolls and he/she will have to rejoin as per company policy.

Grounds of termination*Indiscipline or misbehaviour in the institute premises calls for immediate
termination. _________ reserves the rights to terminate the student without any
notice and fee refund.
Internal Transfer
Student transfers from one institute to another————— is not permissible.
However, under exceptional conditions, a student may apply for transfer. The
decision on the same will be on management’s discretion. Transfer charges may
apply.
Degrading a course
The company does not have a course degrading policy.
Batch Timings
The student has to adhere to the batch timings allotted to him/her at the time of
admission. The student agrees to adhere to the batch timings allotted to him/her at
admission time. Requests to change batch timings will be the management’s
decision.
Punctuality & Discipline
Students must report 15 minutes before their batch timings. If a student is late, the
class topic will not be repeated. Syllabus as mentioned in the log files will be
followed and the same has to be signed daily.
* Students are responsible for their belongings.———————–will not be
responsible for any loss of valuables.
* Students have to volunteer for being a model during class demos. The student
becomes a model at his/her own risk. In case of any accidents, allergies, injuries
______________ will not be responsible for any damages or litigation.
* The use of mobile phones is prohibited in classes. In case of non-adherence the
management reserves the rights to confiscate the phone and take disciplinary action.

Photos and Videos
_____________ reserves the rights to use any photographs or videos taken during
the program on brand promotion and social platforms
